Business Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to act as a critical link between clients, product teams, and engineering. In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of requirement gathering, solution design, and feature delivery—ensuring business needs are clearly understood and effectively translated into scalable solutions. You will collaborate across teams, contribute to product strategy, and play a key role in delivering impactful outcomes for both clients and internal stakeholders. 

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and workflows from internal and external stakeholders.
 • Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business challenges and propose solutions aligned with platform capabilities.
 • Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
 • Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including planning, execution, and feedback incorporation.
 • Contribute to product roadmap discussions by bringing in customer insights and market trends.
 • Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, mockups, and feature documentation.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams for solution scoping, onboarding, and ongoing client support.
 • Define and track KPIs and data metrics to measure business impact and drive improvements.
 • Ensure seamless communication and alignment across geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.

 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environments (SaaS, AI, Data Platforms, or Enterprise Products). • Strong experience in client communication, requirement gathering, and solutioning. • Proficiency in writing user stories, process mapping, and functional specifications. • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, Miro, Notion, or similar. • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
