Credit Controller - AR (Female Candidate)
Job Description
We are looking for dynamic Credit Control Executives to manage B2B collections, account reconciliation, and customer outstanding portfolios while ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage B2B collections and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues
Handle customer outstanding portfolio of ₹2 Cr+
Manage 100+ customer accounts efficiently
Perform account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate receivable records and aging reports
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for payment follow-ups
Prepare MIS reports and collection dashboards
Ensure adherence to credit policies and collection processes
Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable & Credit Control
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory)
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
Qualifications:
B.Com / MBA (Finance preferred)
Relevant experience in B2B collections / credit control roles
Preferred Candidate:
Female candidate preferred for 1 position
Candidates with experience in high-value outstanding and large customer base handling
