Responsibilities
• Ensure all technical issues are responded/resolved/escalated within 2 working days
• Drive KFS installation, activation, and uptime targets
• Monitor remote maintenance performance and efficiency
• Maintain technical reports and tracking systems
• Conduct Call Quality Audits (20 per quarter)
• Ensure timely escalation of issues to HO
• Oversee technical issue resolution for field engineers
• Conduct technical training (H/W & S/W) for teams and engineers
• Ensure adherence to training calendar and performance targets
• Facilitate KDAS certification (minimum 75% score)
• Coordinate with KDAS Academy DC Team
Skills
• Experience in Digital Printing / Digital Printer Machines / Office Automation Industry
• Strong knowledge of hardware & software troubleshooting
• Proven experience in service operations & team management
• Experience in SLA/KPI-driven environments
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
