Ensure timely submission of IT reports to KDAS and KDC
Maintain accuracy and consistency in reporting metrics
Track IT performance, issues, and resolutions
2. IT Infrastructure Management
Support KDID operations with reliable IT infrastructure
Ensure high availability of systems, networks, and hardware
Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements
3. Branch IT Support
Provide timely IT support to branches for smooth operations
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Ensure minimal downtime and quick issue resolution
4. Cost Optimization
Drive initiatives for minimization of IT infrastructure costs
Optimize broadband and connectivity expenses
Evaluate vendors and solutions for cost-efficiency
Skills
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (networking, hardware, systems)
Experience in IT operations & support management
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Vendor management and cost optimization expertise
Good communication and coordination abilities
