• Implement and align data practices with DAMA-DMBOK framework
• Define and manage data governance, data quality, and data standards
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve data management processes
• Support data strategy, policies, and compliance initiatives
• Conduct data assessments and maturity evaluations
• Ensure proper data documentation, lineage, and stewardship practices
• Work closely with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making

• 4–8 years of experience in data management / data governance / DAMA frameworks
• Strong understanding of DAMA-DMBOK, data governance, and data quality frameworks
• Experience with data tools, metadata management, and data cataloging
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work on-site in a client-facing role Mandatory Requirements
• Arabic language proficiency (spoken & professional communication)
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
• Willingness to work on-site full-time Preferred Criteria
• Indian candidates are acceptable (client flexibility)
• DAMA certification (CDMP) is a plus
• Experience in enterprise environments / consulting roles
