Jr. Account Manager (Research Analyst)

Job Overview:
The Jr. Account Manager (Research Analyst) is a 6–9 months development role designed to build a strong foundation in research, data accuracy, and process management before moving into full account management responsibilities.

This role is designed as a structured career progression program, beginning as a Jr. Account Manager (Research Analyst) to build a strong understanding of our business, with the opportunity to advance to a client-facing Account Manager role within 6–9 months, based on performance and readiness.

Compensation:

CTC- 4.20 LPA + Monthly Performance Incentive + Annual Bonus

·         08:30PM to 5:30pm IST

·         Strong Written and Verbal English Communication Skills

·         Minimum 1 year experience in any domain.

Intermediate MS Excel skills

·         Research companies, markets, and key contacts using online sources and LinkedIn.

·         Verify and maintain accurate company and contact information in our systems.

·         Perform data formatting and validation (Excel, PDFs, email verification).

·         Submit daily and monthly reports, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.

·         Document workflows, client feedback, and service-specific details in our knowledge systems.

·         Participate in training sessions, develop SOPs/FAQs, and support testing processes.

Interview Process

·         Telephonic call (10 mins) to confirm English skills and general fit

·         One Day of Interview – Face to Face

·         Onsite Excel Testing

·         Assessment Round for IQ Check

·         Onsite Interview Panel (Hiring Team)

·         Onsite Interview Panel (Leadership Team)

·         Roll Out offer next day.

·         Offer acceptance within 24 hours of offer roll out.

·         Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

·         Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

·         Good Typing Speed

·         Proven experience as a researcher, data analyst, or similar role

·         Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including:

o   Cut/Copy/Paste

o   Sorting & Filter
