Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the website san-jobs.com and any related mobile applications or services operated by Sannee Solutions.
• "User" means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform, including Job Seekers and Employers.
• "Job Seeker" means a User who registers on the Platform to search and apply for employment opportunities.
• "Employer" means a company or individual who registers to post job listings or search for prospective candidates.
• "Content" means all text, data, graphics, job listings, resumes, logos, and other material submitted by Users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of India to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• You must not share your account or permit any third party to access the Platform using your credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

4. Job Seeker Obligations

As a Job Seeker using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your profile, resume, and job applications.
• Use the Platform solely for legitimate personal job-seeking purposes.
• Not submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information to Employers.
• Not use automated bots, scrapers, or any software to extract data from the Platform.
• Not harass, abuse, defame, or impersonate other Users or Employers.

5. Employer Obligations

As an Employer using the Platform, you agree to:

• Post only genuine, lawful, and accurate job listings.
• Comply with all applicable Indian employment, labour, equal opportunity, and anti-discrimination laws.
• Not post listings for illegal activities, multi-level marketing schemes, or roles requiring upfront payments from candidates.
• Use candidate data solely for evaluating applications for the specific listed role.
• Not resell, transfer, or otherwise misuse candidate personal data.
• Ensure all job listings are for roles based in or accessible from India, unless stated otherwise.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Posting fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory job listings.
• Impersonating any person, company, brand, or organisation.
• Uploading malware, viruses, spyware, or any harmful code.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting Platform data without our prior written consent.
• Engaging in spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or phishing.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation.

7. Your Rights

• Access your personal data.
• Update inaccurate information.
• Request account deletion.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Opt out of marketing communications.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, excluding User-submitted Content, including the san-jobs.com name, logo, platform design, software code, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Sannee Solutions and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of Content you submit to the Platform. By submitting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute your Content solely to operate and improve the Platform.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

The following terms apply to paid features for Employers:

• Certain features, including premium job postings and candidate database access, require payment of fees as listed on the Platform.
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are either inclusive or exclusive of GST as stated at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely via authorised third-party payment gateways.
• Subscription plans will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy published on the Platform.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Sannee Solutions does not verify the accuracy of job listings posted by Employers or the credentials stated in resumes by Job Seekers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or the suitability of any candidate for any role.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sannee Solutions, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed INR 5,000 (Five Thousand Rupees Only).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sannee Solutions and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms, your Content submissions, or your use or misuse of the Platform.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform, with or without prior notice, for any material breach of these Terms or for any other legitimate business reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
